Chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 tsp of Real Foods Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Liquid of choice (water, milk or nut based milk)
  • Favorite sweet spices to taste (Cinnamon, Cardamom, Vanilla Extract)
  • Favorite Fruit to top off pudding (Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry )


Instructions:

  • Add Chia Seed to Liquid of Choice to a mason jar and let sit for 10mins
  • Give it a good stir 
  • Pour into Mason Jars and let refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight
  • Add a sprinkle to taste of your favorite spices
  • Top off with any fruit combination
  • Enjoy!

Healthy Breakfast

Chia Pudding is the perfect healthy breakfast.  It is creamy, satisfying and loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats. This recipe makes for a great Meal Prep option or snack for in between meals to because it is low in sugar and super filling.
