How to Cook Quinoa
1 - Thoroughly rinse uncooked quinoa using a mesh strainer
2 - Add Quinoa and Water to pot, cover
3 - Bring to Boil, then reduce heat to bring it down to a simmer; cover for 15–20 minutes. Do not lift cover
4 - Remove from heat and fluff with fork
5 - Place a cup of quinoa in each bowl. Set aside.
6 - In a medium saucepan, whisk together almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. 7 - Heat until warm. Pour mixture over the top of the quinoa.
8 - Top with sliced peaches and serve immediately.
